等16年 貝爾川不想6戰打包

〔自由時報記者吳清正／綜合外電報導〕紅雀貝爾川花了16年才打進世界大賽，不想第6戰就結束，有信心能夠逆轉拿下世界大賽冠軍。
2勝3敗的紅雀必須在紅襪主場2連勝，才能贏得隊史第12次和貝爾川的第1次世界大賽冠軍，貝爾川表示：「能夠在波士頓贏得第2戰，我們知道可以在這裡贏球，現在我們要找到方法，把戰線延長到第7戰。」
貝爾川雖然是季後賽史上最偉大的打者之一，但是之前3次打進聯盟冠軍賽，都在第7戰飲恨，今年首度進軍世界大賽，他相信隊友可以重演紅雀的世界大賽逆轉劇，「紅襪非常拚而且找到贏球的方法，但是我們知道可以在這裡贏球。」
