溫網封王 莫瑞盼再提升層次

（路透倫敦9日電）英國網球名將莫瑞（Andy Murray）再嘗大滿貫賽封王滋味，他相信在溫布頓錦標賽擊敗塞爾維亞勁敵喬科維奇（Novak Djokovic），終結英國對溫網男單冠軍的漫長等待後，這將成為他職業生涯提升到另一層次的跳板。

26歲的莫瑞7日以6-4、7-5和6-4擊敗喬科維奇奪冠，意味英國終於擺脫自1936年的裴利（Fred Perry）以後一直沒能留下溫網冠軍盃的局面，他因而成為國家英雄。莫瑞的驚人表現普獲各界讚揚，包括政治領袖、電影明星和其他運動員，還有數百萬透過電視轉播看到他贏得歷史性勝利的球迷，但他不會陶醉在讚美聲中太久。
