日本職棒28日公布太平洋聯盟「澤村賞」得主，本季24勝0敗的樂天隊投手田中將大獲此殊榮，田中將大說「這是投手最大的獎項，很高興」。

田中將大自去年8月26日開始、今年季賽24勝0敗，到27日總冠軍賽的第1勝，已經跨季30連勝，這是個讓人難以置信的神聖紀錄，因此他獲得澤村賞，實至名歸，這也是田中將大自2011年之後，再次拿到這個獎項。
