阿姆斯壯：不用藥怎贏環法

「不用藥不可能贏環法！」Lance Armstrong說得理所當然，因為他的確用禁藥！

日前接受〈世界報〉採訪時，Armstrong語出驚人表示，要贏環法不用禁藥不可能辦到，1999年他首次被踢爆違規用藥，還曾抱怨報導不實，害他有損清白。

現在Armstrong倒是坦蕩蕩，他說，要不要用藥，就看車手想贏什麼比賽，「環法嗎？那你不得不用藥，因為這項比賽耐力就是一切，耐力的關鍵就是有氧。」

Armstrong也說，他並不是第一個用藥的車手，且他仍認為自己是環法紀錄保持人，即便他的冠軍頭銜已經被追回。

UCI（國際自行車總會）主席 Pat McQuaid表示，非常難過聽到Armstrong說這種話，「我可以直截了當地告訴他，他是錯的，他講這些話一點幫助都沒有，現在已經不是他的時代了，車手都能贏得乾乾淨淨。」
