洋基看上貝爾川 一朗位不保

〔自由時報記者徐正揚／綜合報導〕貝爾川還在幫紅雀打國聯冠軍賽，明年的頭路可能已經有了。紐約每日新聞披露，洋基對這位「新10月先生」很有興趣，他也有意願去紐約打球。

每日新聞指出，補強外野是洋基季後重點目標，貝爾川明年雖已37歲，但這兩年在紅雀平均每季全壘打28發，自1999年第一個完整球季起平均每年24發，加上季後賽屢屢寫下驚奇，洋基為因應A-Rod明年可能整季禁賽的長程火力缺口，將他列為補強首選。

洋基本季由鈴木一朗、威爾斯輪流擔任右外野手，團隊右外野手攻擊指數（OPS）0.655在美聯15隊中墊底；而貝爾川一人就高達0.830，在美聯右外野手可排第3名，他與紅雀2年2600萬美元合約年底到期，紅雀已準備全力留人。

貝爾川這次雖有機會到洋基，卻可能要等中外野手葛蘭德森不接受洋基1410萬美元的「合格報價」，洋基的陣容與薪資才有空間容納他；一旦加入，鈴木一朗出賽機會勢必受到壓縮。
