回到台北主場，火箭控衛林書豪果然是「大爆發」！繼首節獨拿10分、1助攻、1抄截的優異表現後，第2節豪小子更是接連上演霸氣好表現，先是秀了一季單臂爆扣，隨後更在防守時搧了對手一記超大號火鍋，好表現贏得現場球迷熱烈喝采。

回到台灣後，林書豪果然如教練麥克海爾所言，以「先發」之姿上陣，開場首次出手，豪小子就以漂亮的三分球讓台灣球迷驚呼連連，首節林書豪5次出手命中4球，三分線外更是兩投全中，拿下全場最高的10分。

進入第2節林書豪火力依舊兇猛，先是在快速攻防轉換下秀了一記單臂爆扣，隨後更在回防時賞了對手一記超大號火鍋，精彩表現讓全場球迷情緒沸騰到達頂點。

火箭在林書豪火力全開的表現加持下，持續壓制對手溜馬，上半場終了前5分18秒，以40比32取得領先優勢。
