肩傷未癒 莎拉波娃退出美網

（法新社紐約市21日電） 主辦單位今天宣布，女網世界排名第3的俄羅斯選手夏拉波娃（Maria Sharapova）因右肩受傷，宣布退出美國網球公開賽（US Open）。

年度最後1場大滿貫賽籤表出爐前夕，美國公開賽賽事總監布魯爾（David Brewer）宣布此消息。美網賽預定26日在紐約法拉盛草地公園（Flushing Meadows）球場點燃戰火。

他說：「夏拉波娃告訴我們，因右肩滑囊炎無法參加今年的美國公開賽，我們祝她早日康復，明年再來參賽。」

波蘭的拉德旺絲卡（Agnieszka Radwanska）將升上來成為女單第3種子；俄羅斯的帕芙尤申科娃（Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova）則擠進種子選手行列，成為第32種子。（譯者：中央社王黛麗）
