許總大膽調度 贏球就是好棋

無論是對約旦末節提前換下主力，或對菲律賓第4節5人打滿整節，許晉哲不斷嘗試大膽調度，他強調一切見仁見智，畢竟從電視轉播與他在現場看的角度不同，「我只是把最想打、最有用的5人留在場上！」

中華與約旦比賽最後關頭，許晉哲提前把主力換下，結果替補球員受困於約旦犯規戰術，場上險象環生，不過當時許總看到的是，約旦球員開始下重手，擔心主力因此受傷，他才連忙換上板凳。

遭遇菲律賓末節沒有換人，那是因為許晉哲看到第3節一度落後9分，當時還剩3分50秒左右，他把林志傑、呂政儒換下，改用蔡文誠、楊敬敏上去撐，就是想讓林、呂兩人獲得近6分鐘喘息時間。

「我沒想到第4節換不下來，場上球員想打的心，以及追分氣勢正好，我不想硬換，雖知田壘前面表現不錯，但要不是曾文鼎投進那記重要打板三分球，且傳幾次助攻，我們不一定能逆轉。」許晉哲說。
