出師不利 謝淑薇單打首輪掛

謝淑薇在溫哥華網賽單打出師不利，第一輪就以6（5）-7、4-6敗給英國選手Johanna Konta遭到淘汰。

溫哥華網賽為男女共站賽事，女子組為ITF等級，總獎金10萬美元，謝淑薇與妹妹謝淑此站合拍參加雙打項目。

謝淑薇名列大會第一種子，Konta世界排名147，今年的伊斯特本草地賽，謝淑薇曾在雙打擊敗對方。

此役謝淑薇吞了對方2個ACE，發生9次雙誤，這是謝淑薇自溫網雙打奪冠後，所參加的第一站賽事。

男子項目隸屬ATP挑戰賽層級，陳迪與王宇佐在第一輪落敗，王宇佐單打第二輪以7-5、7-6（1）擊敗日本伊藤龍馬。
