藍鳥再見失誤 紅襪奪第50勝

王建民效力的藍鳥，1日持續力拚分區龍頭紅襪隊，一路落後的藍鳥，在九局上半靠著包提斯塔的陽春砲追平比數，沒想到替補擔任一壘手的托利，竟發生要命的守備失誤，讓紅襪以再見失誤贏得比賽，紅襪奪下第50勝，是美聯戰績最好的隊伍。

藍鳥快槍俠Mark Buehrle今天對紅襪，一局下半投得無風無浪，但沒想到二局下半狀況頻頻，Buehrle單局就被打出四支安打，一口氣就丟掉3分。

隊友辛苦的在第四局追回兩分，但Buehrle就是無法hold住紅襪攻勢，這一棒被Gomes打得紮紮實實，藍鳥在六局上半攻佔滿壘，而且沒人出局，沒想到竟然一分都得不到，錯失了逆轉局勢的大好機會，藍鳥適時安打遲遲沒出現，但拿手的長打可沒少，JoseReyes先在第七局打出一支陽春砲追近比數，接著新台灣之友包大人，又在比賽快結束的九局上半，讓上原浩治Blown save。

一路落後到追平比數，藍鳥還是大有可為，但沒想到九局下半一個內野滾地球，臨時接替守一壘的藍鳥二號捕手Thole，這時竟然發生要命的失誤。

紅襪靠著Thole這記再見失誤，終場就以五比四擊敗藍鳥，四連戰拿下3勝1敗的優勢，紅襪拿下本季第50勝，領先排名第二的金鶯兩場半的勝差。
