青棒好手曾仁和將朝美職發展，大聯盟官網選出全球未來潛力球員前30名，曾仁和排第29位，並以「年輕的黑田博樹」形容曾仁和深具挑戰大聯盟的潛力。

大聯盟官網選出全球潛力新秀前30分，曾仁和雖排在倒數第2位，但證明他的能力已被注意，官網形容他現年18歲，是經典賽中華隊最年輕球員，體格很強壯、在國際棒壇十分出名，也展現想挑戰大聯盟的想法。

文中還提及曾仁和打過世界盃青棒與青棒亞錦賽，見過大場面，最快球速可達95哩，擁有滑球與曲球，球探報告把他比喻成年輕的黑田博樹，需面對更多打者以汲取經驗。

曾仁和已表態要赴美發展，但還未決定加盟那一隊。去年有球探認為曾仁和有200萬美元簽約金身價，不過隨著他的比賽狀況不佳，價碼有下滑跡象。
