〔自由時報記者卓佳萍／台北報導〕台灣跆拳道在2012年倫敦奧運僅獲1銅，放眼2016年巴西奧運，體育署宣示要奪下2金、1銀，並喊出「重返榮耀」口號。伊朗籍「金牌教練」瑞札上個月回鍋，他不諱言，台灣近幾年跆拳道確實退步，但有方法可解決，就是要向下扎根。

向下扎根

建議設假日聯盟

瑞札曾經在2004年雅典奧運擔任台灣隊教練，當時跆拳道隊4人參賽締造2金、1銀空前佳績，這次重回台灣執教，他表示，台灣可以參考伊朗培訓方式，創立青少年假日聯盟，培養更多年輕好手。

回台這一個月瑞札發現，台灣選手技術層面並不差，但體能和戰術運用還要加強。他指出，台灣選手在比賽時，常因為不知道該如何開始、運用戰術，輸給技術比自己差的對手。
